Softball is offered for students in Grades 6-8. The softball league is a mix of mostly public and a few catholic schools. Game times are usually from 3:45 to 6, twice a week, so games will not interfere with township or travel ball. There are no cuts; all registered athletes will be placed on a team.
There are about 6 to 8 teams in the league and we play everyone twice. Playoffs champion and regular season champions have been awarded trophies. This is a Fast-pitch league and stealing bases and sliding are common on the 60 ft. base paths.
